What WIZZ Priority changes
Priority passengers may take both the small carry-on and a second trolley bag into the cabin. Without Priority or another qualifying entitlement, the larger overhead trolley is not part of the free basic allowance.
Measure the packed bag
Use the outermost measurements after packing. A nominal 40 cm bag can become too tall when overfilled. The checker tests all orientations but cannot compensate for a bag that must be compressed at the gate.
